Rare medium format camera from the 1910s, manufactured by Folmer & Swching (later Graflex Inc.). Uses No. 0 Kodak roll film (aka 121 film). Lens is a Kodak Anastigmat 72mm f/6.3. Shutter winding knob is missing and the shutter mechanism does not work. Apparent signs of patina and ageing. Sold as a collectible. Original leather case is included (case strap is not original).
