Sony 2 Years Extended Service Plan

Once you have purchased the extended warranty, you can register it at sony.eu/activation. After registration, you will receive a contract stating the new warranty expiration date for your product. This, along with your receipt, will serve as proof of warranty in the event of a service request.

The extended warranty can be purchased within 360 days of purchasing the device. The warranty period (total of 5 years with the extended warranty) always starts from the date of purchase of the product.
