Dear our customer. Due to the current market situation, JAS Tekniikka Oy has decided to end the maintenance of Canon printers and other Canon office equipment. From January 1, 2024, service operations will be transferred to Canon's central service in Sweden.
Printers and Office equipment delivered after 15 December 2023 may have to be transferred by us to Canon's central service center, from where the device will be returned directly to you after being serviced.
Printers and Office equipment delivered after 31 December 2023 will be returned to you without any intervention. We charge two-way freight for these.

Canon photo and video out-of-warranty equipment maintenance will continue as normal from now on. We carry out all maintenance, from cleaning to demanding repairs, with decades of expertise. We service cameras and lenses of all ages (including film-era equipment), as well as video products and all accessories.
In the future, we will charge a processing fee and delivery costs for processing warranty services according to our price list. Canon's warranty issues will be the responsibility of dealers and Canon in the future. Contact Canon for more information 020 366 466.
